You have reached my website so you have taken the first step toward getting help for your mental health issue. If you are feeling depressed or anxious, if you are going through a significant life transition or have experienced a loss and are finding it difficult to cope, you have come to the right place.

In therapy you will gain insight into the root causes of your problems and learn how to address issues in a more constructive way. You will explore feelings and reactions to events that cause you to feel uncomfortable, vulnerable, fearful, sad or anxious. Therapy is helping you to achieve your goals, whatever they are.

My therapeutic orientation includes short term, solution focused therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, You will identify treatment goals and we will establish a pathway together toward achieving those goals.
